Cancellation Policy

Professional Membership Cancellation

The HAREUGO professional membership costs $10 per month and renews automatically each month until cancelled. New members get a 30-day free trial: billing starts on day 31, and if you cancel anytime before day 31 you pay nothing.

How to cancel online (takes under a minute)

1. Sign in at hareugo.com and open your Professional Dashboard.
2. Open the Settings tab and find the Membership card.
3. Click Cancel membership, then Yes, cancel membership.

That's it. You can cancel entirely on the website, the same way you signed up. You don't need to call, email, or talk to anyone. You'll see a confirmation on screen right away, and your status updates immediately.

Cancelling during the free trial ends the trial immediately and you are never charged. Cancelling a paid month stops all future charges; your profile stays live until the end of the month you already paid for. Changed your mind before then? Click Keep my membership in the same place.

Cancellation prevents future recurring membership charges.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in our Refund Policy, cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund the current billing period. Access to paid professional features may continue through the end of the current paid billing period.

Customer Appointment Cancellation

Customer appointment cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy established by the professional.

Because professionals are independent service providers, individual cancellation windows and fees may vary. Customers should review the applicable cancellation policy before confirming an appointment.
