HAREUGO Terms of Service

Welcome to HAREUGO. HAREUGO is a technology platform, operated by HAREUGO LLC, that connects customers with independent beauty, wellness, and personal-care professionals.

By accessing or using HAREUGO, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. HAREUGO's Role

HAREUGO provides technology that allows customers to discover and connect with independent service professionals.

HAREUGO is not the employer of participating professionals and generally does not provide the underlying beauty, wellness, or personal-care services. Professionals listed on HAREUGO operate independently and are responsible for the services they provide.

2. Professional Responsibilities

Professionals are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about themselves and their services;
• Maintaining all licenses, certifications, registrations, permits, and qualifications required by applicable law;
• Providing services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;
• Maintaining appropriate insurance where required;
• Honoring accepted appointments;
• Providing accurate pricing and service descriptions; and
• Treating customers professionally and lawfully.

3. Independent Professionals & Limitation of Responsibility

Professionals listed on HAREUGO are independent service providers, not employees, agents, or representatives of HAREUGO LLC or SELFCARE. Each professional is solely and independently responsible for the services they provide and for any injury, harm, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or relating to those services or their conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HAREUGO LLC and SELFCARE are not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, conduct, or services of any professional, or for any harm caused to a customer by a professional. Any dispute regarding a service is between the customer and the independent professional.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate account information, selecting services carefully, following applicable appointment requirements, and paying amounts properly due for services they book.

5. Professional Membership

Eligible professionals may subscribe to HAREUGO for $10 per month. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. The applicable subscription price and billing terms are presented before the professional completes checkout.

6. Bookings

HAREUGO may facilitate appointment scheduling between customers and independent professionals. A booking does not mean that HAREUGO itself will provide the underlying service.

7. Payments

Where payment functionality is available, payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. HAREUGO does not charge a percentage-based commission on professional bookings. Applicable payment-processing, payout, refund, dispute, or other payment-provider fees may apply.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the applicable HAREUGO policies and, where relevant, the professional's posted cancellation and refund terms.

9. Account Suspension

HAREUGO may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, platform policies, or payment-provider requirements.

10. Changes to the Platform

HAREUGO may modify or discontinue features of the platform from time to time.
