Payments at HAREUGO
HAREUGO uses payment-processing services to support payments associated with the HAREUGO platform.
Professional Membership Payments
Eligible professionals can subscribe to HAREUGO for $10 per month.
The subscription provides access to the HAREUGO professional platform and applicable features, and is recurring until cancelled. The $10 monthly membership is HAREUGO's primary revenue.
Customer Service Payments
When customer online payments are enabled, customers may pay for services provided by independent professionals through the platform.
The professional is responsible for providing the service purchased by the customer. HAREUGO facilitates the technology used for customer discovery, booking, and payment processing.
Payment Processing Fees
HAREUGO does not charge professionals a percentage-based commission on bookings.
However, payment processing, payout, refund, dispute, or other applicable payment-provider fees may apply. The applicable payment terms will be presented to the relevant user when appropriate.
Independent Professionals
Professionals receiving customer payments through HAREUGO are independent service providers. HAREUGO does not provide the professional service itself.
